The duration of the trips is normally 7 hours. Minehead is a tidal harbour so the start times and duration is dependent upon the tides
How long are the trips?
The boat is fully equipped including a flushable toilet . See the 'AlyKat Charters' page and click on 'AlyKat' for full specifications of the boat
Is there a toilet onboard?
Please bring binoculars, camera, wet weather gear and a packed lunch. Teas and coffees are provided though
What do I need to bring?
AlyKat guests are able to park free of charge in the private carpark located between the Old Ship Aground and the Lifeboat station
Where can I park my car?
The price of your safari will vary dependent on duration. Please enquire for the exact price of your preferred date. We offer discounts for bookings of 2 or more persons.
How much are the trips?
Cancellations- if the weather is not suitable the trip will be cancelled. Any deposit paid will be returned or carried forward to a future trip if preferred. If the trip is not cancelled and you do not turn up any deposit will be retained
What if the weather is bad?
We can accommodate corporate trips subject to availability. If you would like to charter the boat please contact us. We can also arrange for packed lunches and suggest accommodation nearby if required
